District of Sicamous tax rates have been set for 2024! The municipal property tax increase for 2024 is 3.52%. If your residential property increases by the same percentage as the average, the tax increase will cost you $74 more this year.

Did you know 43 per cent of taxes collected by the district are for other taxing authorities? Taxes are collected for the Columbia Shuswap Regional District, North Okanagan Columbia Shuswap Regional Hospital District, Okanagan Regional Library and Province of British Columbia (School Tax).

While considering your property taxes, don't forget to apply for the provincial Home Owner Grant! The deadline to apply for this provincial grant is July 2, 2024. Apply now!
