The District of Sicamous is exploring curbside garbage collection as a new municipal service.  

A comprehensive review is underway to consider:

• Investment costs (capital costs)
• Operational costs
• Community engagement
• Environmental impact  

Currently, garbage collection options for residents include: 

• Private curbside garbage collection
• Disposal at the Sicamous Landfill
