The District of Sicamous Finance Department is responsible for the administration of Property Taxes, Utility Billings and Collection and the maintenance of Property Records for the municipality.

Manage your accounts online at any time. Register and create user accounts to access this service. You will need your PIN to use online services. There are separate PIN's for taxes and utilities. These PIN #'s are printed on your Sicamous tax notice (top right of page) and your Sicamous utility notice (third of the way down the page on the right hand side). The BC Assessment PIN number will not work.

Pay your property taxes and utilities by credit card through Paymentus Corporation, a third-party-automated payment service that accepts Visa and MasterCard. Paymentus will charge a convenience fee of 2.5% of your tax or utility payment which will be added to your payment amount.
