Expression of Interest #1220-20-157 Modular Accommodation Facility
The District of Sicamous is seeking expressions of interest from the public for the use of the district-owned modular accommodation facility located at 1117A Eagle Pass Way.
The bunkhouse-style facility features:
Twelve bedrooms with one bunk bed each (two with ensuite bathrooms)
Two communal toilet facilities
One communal shower space with laundry
One communal kitchen, dining and entertainment area
Expressions of interest are being received until 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
