In accordance with sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the District of Sicamous to enter into a lease agreement with the Sicamous Curling Club commencing October 1, 2023, and expiring on April 30, 2025, for use of the Sicamous Curling Club located at 1115 Eagle Pass Way. The consideration being received by the District is $8K annually plus GST. The District has agreed to cover the utility costs for the facility, which includes propane fees.
