Public Notice – Lease of Unit 1C - 217 Finlayson Street

In accordance with section 24(1)(a) of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the District of Sicamous will enter into a lease agreement with Dr. Jonathan Low Inc. commencing May 1, 2023 and expiring on April 30, 2024 for the use of Unit 1C – 217 Finlayson Street to operate a dental clinic. The consideration being received by the District is $2,400 including GST monthly for the lease with the option to renew with the same terms (with the exception of rent) for an additional one year.
