Flags at municipal properties will be flown at half-mast until sunset on the day of the funeral or memorial service (date to be determined) to honour the memory of John Joseph Horgan, former Premier of British Columbia. Mr. Horgan passed away on November 12, 2024.

He was British Columbia’s 36 Premier from July 2017 to November 2022 and a Member of the Legislative Assembly for the constituency of Langford-Juan de Fuca from 2005 to 2023.
