On September 9, 2024, Dr. Lucky Kotingo took his first appointments at the Sicamous Community Health Centre. Recruited to Sicamous through the Practice-Ready Assessment - British Columbia program, Dr. Kotingo is a full-time physician on the primary healthcare team.
Dr. Kotingo brings over 14 years of diverse medical experience, making him a highly skilled and dedicated physician.
"In addition to my professional qualifications, I infuse the team with a vibrant energy characterized by zest, passion and compassion," shares Dr. Kotingo. "My goal is to contribute meaningfully to the Sicamous Community Health as a physician, fostering a warm and supportive environment."
Dr. Kotingo's extensive background as a generalist bolstered by specialized training in maternal and child care, along with his surgical expertise represents an invaluable asset for the Sicamous community.
