On December 15, 2022, the CP Holiday Train rolled into Sicamous to a full festive crowd.
During its stop in Sicamous, Mayor Colleen Anderson graciously accepted a $5,500 donation to the Eagle Valley Community Food Bank alongside MP Mel Arnold, MLA Greg Kyllo and Councillor Pam Beech who serves as president of the Eagle Valley Community Support Society. This year's live music was spectacular with performances from Mackenzie Porter and Virginia to Vegas.
A huge thank you to Canadian Pacific Railway and to all those who helped make this event such a wonderful one for Sicamous families.
If anyone would like to donate to the Eagle Valley Community Food Bank, please contact the Eagle Valley Resource Centre (Eagle Valley Community Support Society) at 250-836-3440.
