Change of Address Notification e-Form
Current mailing addresses are important to ensuring that the District of Sicamous (District) and BC Assessment Authority (BCA) send notifications to the appropriate person and location.
To assist in timely updates to addressing, the District directs property owners to complete BCA’s Change of Address Notification e-Form to change their assessment and tax notice mailing address.
BCA’s e-Form contains all the information required by BCA to change mailing addresses. Subsequently, BCA advises the District of all address changes which eliminates the need for property owners to update their information twice. If you have a utility account related to your property, the new address with automatically apply to your utility account as well.
NOTE: BCA is not able to process requests to billing addresses specific to utilities. If you only require a different mailing address for utility invoices, please contact District of Sicamous finance staff at 250-836-2477 or email finance@sicamous.ca.
