We are seeking an accomplished CAO to lead our thriving and diverse community. The successful candidate will be a visionary, collaborative and strategic thinking leader with excellent communication skills and superior management abilities. The prospective CAO should be prepared to operate in a complex environment with competing demands for resources.

The CAO plays a pivotal role in guiding the municipality's strategic direction regarding economic growth, tourism, recreation, housing, community safety and health and wellness.
