In accordance with sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the District of Sicamous intends to renew a lease agreement with the Okanagan Regional Library commencing January 1, 2024, and expiring on December 31, 2026, for use of Unit 2, 446 Main Street (Municipal Hall).

The consideration being received by the District is the base triple net rate of $14 per square foot for 2,577 square feet annually, as set by the independent appraiser, for a period of three years. All other terms and conditions remain as with past lease agreements and extensions between the District and the Okanagan Regional Library.
