In accordance with sections 24 and 26 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the District of Sicamous to enter into a lease agreement with the Sicamous Eagles Junior A Hockey Club commencing September 1, 2023, and expiring on March 31, 2024, for use of the District’s modular accommodation facility (the “Eagles Nest”) located at 1117A Eagle Pass Way.

The consideration being received by the District is $6,700 per month plus GST for use of the facility, inclusive of utilities. For additional information and/or inquiries, please contact corporate@sicamous.ca.
