The District of Sicamous is seeking proposals from qualified property owners to provide a lease of a parking lot for standard vehicle parking stalls and truck and trailer parking stalls, servicing the Finlayson Street Boat Launch.

The preferred location of this space is within 500m of the existing Finlayson Street Boat Launch located in Sicamous, B.C. Alternate parking locations in Sicamous, B.C. will be considered if they are within 750m of a boat launch that can be used by the public free of charge and have direct access to the Sicamous Narrows or Shuswap Lake.

The District of Sicamous requires a parking lot of approximately one and a half (1.5) to three (3) acres (depending on topography and layout) that can accommodate no fewer than nineteen (19) standard vehicle parking stalls and no fewer than thirty-six (36) truck and trailer parking stalls.

The closing date for this request for proposals is September 27, 2024.
