The District of Sicamous is seeking expressions of interest for the purchase or development of District-owned land parcels located at 1391 Silver Sands Road, 414 Oak Avenue and Green Road.

Partnership proposals for developments that benefit the community are welcomed and submissions should include as much detailed information as possible, including a development plan or any options that the District may consider in assessing the submission.

The sale of District-owned land parcels must be market value as determined by a professional appraisal and is subject to statutory and other legal encumbrances.

Respondents are encouraged to thoroughly read the information provided in “EOI #20-142 Land Disposition” which contains detailed instructions for responding to the Expression of Interest (EOI).
