The Kappel Street (West) watermain replacement project will begin on July 31, 2023.

Milling will commence next Monday, July 31. Once the watermain is installed, the contractor will have Kappel Street (West) widened and ready to pave by the end of October 2023.

Kappel Street (West) will be open to Kappel Street (West) residents ONLY for the duration of construction.

Signage will be posted at key intersections and areas impacted by the construction. The detours leading to Riverside Avenue will be accommodated by White Pine Crescent to the south and Main Street to the north.
