The District of Sicamous is seeking expressions of interest from the public for the use of the district-owned modular accommodation facility located at 1117A Eagle Pass Way.

The bunkhouse-style facility features:

• Twelve bedrooms with one bunk bed each (two with ensuite bathrooms)
• Two communal toilet facilities
• One communal shower space with laundry
• One communal kitchen, dining and entertainment area

Expressions of interest are being received until 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9, 2024.
