The District of Sicamous is updating its Development Cost Charges!
Development Cost Charges are generally paid by developers at subdivision for single detached lots or at building permit for new commercial, industrial, institutional, or multiple unit residential buildings.
DCCs pay for roads, sewer and water systems, and parks infrastructure required to service future growth.
The charges were last updated in 2018, and projects and costs have changed since then.
Open House

- Location: Council Chambers (446 Main Street)
