Canada Border Services Agency Media Release: CBSA Pacific Region Investigation leads to seizure of a firearm, prohibited devices and drugs in Sicamous

The Sicamous RCMP detachment recently assisted the Canada Border Services Agency with intelligence gathering and the execution of search warrants in Sicamous.
According to the media release, the Sicamous RCMP assisted CBSA criminal investigators in the execution of search warrants on the suspect's vehicle and a boat they were residing in on June 4, 2024. A number of items were seized, including a firearm with a defaced serial number, an over-capacity magazine, a firearm suppressor and approximately 800 grams of suspected methamphetamines.
