The Shuswap Emergency Program area currently has 13 wildfires listed as Out of Control by BC Wildfire. Today has been very busy with new fire starts, however, most of these are currently spot-sized fires in remote areas. We remain in close communication with the BC Wildfire Service. They have not reported concerns about any of these fires affecting people or structures.
