While the District of Sicamous had hoped to host Canada Day Fireworks at the Sicamous Beach Park this year, the event has been postponed until 2022 due to current restrictions on mass gatherings within the Order of the Provincial Health Officer on Gathering and Events. Other ideas and ways of celebrating Canada Day safely are being considered by the DOS and plans will be shared with the community as details are confirmed.

Residents are encouraged to watch for Canada Day festivities hosted by local businesses and community groups such as the Canada Day Children’s Festival being organized by the Eagle Valley Arts Council at the Red Barn Arts Centre.
