We are thrilled to be working with SportAbility to bring a six-week sledge hockey program to Sicamous. Open to participants of all skill levels and abilities, this adaptive sport provides a fun and inclusive way to enjoy hockey.  Whether you're a seasoned player or new to the ice, coaches will guide you through the basics of using sledges and mastering the techniques of the game.  Build skills, gain confidence and make new friends in this program designed for everyone!
