What can the Wellness Clinic do for me?

• Regularly scheduled check ins and vitals workups
• Test your blood pressure, oxygen saturation, heart rate, blood glucose levels and/or temperature
• Early detection of abnormal vital signs that may indicate new or worsening underlying conditions
• An opportunity to speak to a community paramedic about concerns or questions you have about your health plan
• Increased knowledge about your unique health status
