Wiser Yoga is based on a form of Hatha Flow Yoga. The class was
created for those who don't have the flexibility or energy levels
of younger students.
Date: Fridays September 29 — December 1, 2023
Time: 9:30 to 10:30 a.m.

Cost: $10 per class or $85 session fee
Ages: Open to all ages (anyone under 13 must be accompanied by a
guardian)
